I've been active in the real estate world for 5 years now. Started off wholesaling and then moved into rehabbing. I did all of my own direct mail campaigns. Over the years I've received 20+ calls from local investors who would receive my letter wondering if I would handle their campaigns because they liked my letter so much...business has been growing ever since.
