I am a real estate investor focusing on single family homes. I currently own two homes in the western suburbs of Chicago and am looking for more in the $250,000 range. I treat real estate investing as a business, providing a comfortable, fully functional home to my tenants. My goal is to have happy, long term tenants. I was fortunate to be able to retire early, allowing me to pursue knowledge in real estate investing. I see real estate investing as a way to diversify and build wealth.
