Newly - Managing Partner & Principal Architect for Trilogy Architecture. Formerly - Project Architect for Trilogy Architecture + Urban Design + Research. Experience: I have a degree in environmental design and a Master's degree in Architecture. For the last 10 years I have been working alongside owners, developers, contractors, and public agencies to get projects funded / permitted / and built. Successfully wrote and have received 6 figure grants for pre-development funding. Currently a project manager for a 10 million dollar, 45 unit affordable housing complex in Northern CA. Was on the design team for an 8-time nationally award winning Charter school, and in between it all, I design modern homes. I work for an amazing architecture firm and I own my own drafting firm to accommodate small projects and flippers. Currently working on starting a design/build company. Real Estate Goals: Single family home development. Land development. Multi-family housing development. To open and operate a design/build firm. Currently Seeking: Looking for partners to purchase or finance a property while I finance the construction loans and build the project. Most important factors for me are high-level design / sustainable / energy efficient / with a focus on either net-zero or low carbon footprint projects.
