I have been a full time real estate investor for over six years. I work with a colleague where we buy, rehab and sell properties throughout Southern California. We also invest in buy/hold properties as opportunities present themselves in California and outside the state. Currently, I am concentrating on Indianapolis, IN. Ideally, I would like to transition to a predominantly buy/hold portfolio still doing flips. We have done more the 100 transactions. Experience: I have acquired (closed escrow) 30 SFR and one condo. All of these properties except two have been sold to end-users. I am well versed in the acquisition of properties throughout metro LA and OC. Also, as opportunities arise, I have represented buyers and sellers. Real Estate Goals: Continue working to acquire properties (SFR, smaller multi-family homes, Condos, Townhouses) in the LA, OC, San Bernardino and Riverside counties. At the same time, acquire multi-family properties both in California and outside the state. Currently Seeking: I am currently seeking properties in LA, OC, San Bernardino and Riverside counties to rehab and flip. In conjunction with working in Southern California, I am looking to build a team of people that I can learn from to become well versed in out-of-state markets starting in the Indianapolis, IN area.
