Hello fellow members of BiggerPockets! I am a buy and hold real-estate investor. My portfolio currently consists of two single family properties (one rental) with plans to add additional properties by the end of 2022. I decided to get into real estate investing as a means to reach FI quicker using the four wealth generators - cash flow, appreciation, equity, and tax benefits. I am in the process of using the one rental I have to create and refine systems to scale more quickly in the future.
