With 29 years experience in the electrical industry, my passion for real estate was stumbled upon while learning this trade. From serving an apprenticeship to business classes in the evenings, it has always been my goal to continue to educate and develop myself. As a senior project manager for a large firm in the Chicagoland market, many of these earned business skills have translated over extremely well to my real estate business and have helped me develop and grow my "buy and hold" strategy. My goals are to expand my circle of influence with other successful investors and create partnerships for large multi-family buy and hold assets. Experience: - General Contract/Self Performed building my first SF primary residence 20 years ago - Current portfolio consists of multifamily apartments and SFR assets - Earned my Illinois RE license in 2014 Real Estate Goals: Establish a monthly cash flow amount which would sufficiently replace my current income level that would allow me the opportunity to focus full time on real estate investing. I would also like to provide mentoring to those who could benefit from my experience.
