Cynthia Occelli

I'm a former 9th-grade dropout and welfare mom who discovered the power of real estate and through it transformed my life. Today, I have a law degree and a California broker's license. I've worked in commercial and residential brokerages, developed condominiums, built and rehabbed, SFRs, partitioned land, participated in REO auctions, and I lend private money. I'm a limited partner in a couple of large office and retail developments. My passion is helping people start over after what feels like failure. I'm an author and I coach privately and through my online school. My goals now are to explore apartment syndications and educate women about the power of real estate.
