I am a real estate investor focused on creating long term income and growth. I have always loved the entire process of purchasing and renovating properties. As a commercial general contractor REI has always taken a back seat and I finally decided to change some of my focus onto my real estate portfolio, why did I wait so long. I have been fortunate to have a couple of key mentors in my life that taught me a ton. I always try to give back so I will always try to help a young REI along the way with some knowledge. Experience: Began purchasing SFH's over twenty years ago. Have bought and sold over 80 properties. Real Estate Goals: Buy and hold for long term wealth creation, goal of 1,000 doors. Current plan is to purchase 20 to 30 new units per year. Currently Seeking: Multifamily properties up to 3 Million. SFH's turnkey or in distress for long term buy and hold. Primary location of Tulsa, Oklahoma. However, I will purchase properties in the State of Florida to support my construction projects as needed.
