I'm in healthcare by profession. I am using real estate to diversify my portfolio. I am a buy and hold investor. I have a few multifamily units in Raleigh, NC. However, the market in Raleigh is becoming too hot and it's becoming hard to find deals that will cash flow. I am now looking into North Carolina markets outside the Triangle Area. I am also looking into investing out of state. I am interested in the Cleveland and Texas real estate markets. I have always bought properties that need minimal rehab but I want to get into the BRRR method of investing.
