New York Hudson Valley native. Current property owner (NY suburb apartment, FL single family, CO single family), looking to expand holdings. Living overseas and frequent traveler, interested in building a network to acquire properties for off-site management. Experience: I bought my first property as my personal residence. The property is in a Co-op, which causes all sorts of headaches, but the management team has been very supportive and helpful so I have luckily never had a vacancy. I aim to keep this property for now (current tenant has leased it since 2015, so we are lucky!), but want single-family/multi-family assets that won't come with the hassle of HOA rules, etc. Real Estate Goals: My aim is to buy turnkey properties to build a portfolio providing passive income (after expenses) of at least $5000/mo and assets of $2,000,000 within the next ten years.
