Hi, my name is Dakoda but most people know me as Levi. I’m in my upper-twenties and have been raised in West Virginia. After reading the book “Rich Dad Poor Dad”, like many others, I became fascinated with investing. I have been researching investing in real estate for the past few years and I am finally in a place where I can start moving forward. I have been doing what I can in researching real estate by spending time reading books, watching content (like BP podcasts), and talking to other RE investors to immerse myself in the subject. Experience: I bought my primary residence in May, 2017. I plan to do a live/flip. I have worked in building construction for several years and know my way around building construction and landscaping. Real Estate Goals: For now, I want to get the first deal under my belt. Short term: Looking to get into STRs in the year 2023. Long term: Larger apartment complexes to diversify the portfolio.
