Hello, I am just starting my investment career. My wife and I are currently house hacking a duplex, and are looking to add a few more units this year. Our plan is to build a portfolio of rental properties, and to be able to live off of the cash flow eventually. I am currently working in a sales role, but am looking to become an agent when we move this next year to the Virginia area.
