Hey Everyone! I have been in the Mechanical field my whole life! I am a 3rd generation Mechanic, have been a Automotive Engine Machinist, a Machinist for a industrial valve company, Millwright, and currently am working as a Machinist, Millwright, Mechanic, Welder and (try to figure out electrical problems) (they want us to do it all) at a very busy factory in central Maine. Having done this kind of work my whole life, it was born into my blood and it has helped me be able to do and love the rehab and renovations of the properties we buy. We currently have a some rental properties in my portfolio that include single family, duplex, triplex, mobile home and a fix and flip now. I really enjoy real estate investing and am looking to grow into a full time business. I'm always trying to get better and learn how other successful investors have done well. Being around like minded people is very motivational and always helps when you have questions and need answers! My wife and I have been very blessed with 2 Beautiful, wonderful little boys that I love very dearly and want to spend more time with them. My goal is to get to that "Freedom Number" so I can go to every game or event they have as they grow older without "The Man" telling me I have to be at work instead of their events. We will get there and just maybe with the help of some of you in one form or another!! I'm looking to meet and find other like minded people that I can provide help too and also receive help from their knowledge, mentorship, business sense, resources and all the rest. I believe we all have situations and gifts we can share (no matter the amount of investing we have done).
