Not much to say yet. Anticipating 1st deal in next few months... (we'll see if I have the hustle to make it happen) Experience: About 2 months, a bunch of books, a BUNCH of BP podcasts, and 2 offers (haha) Real Estate Goals: A full time 9 to 5 job just doesn't let me spend enough time with my family. So I plan on creating enough rental income to pay the bills, move into a less demanding job and then spend more time with my family. My current goal is to close on one multifamily property.
