I took that condo townhome out from the1980 and into 2018. We paid $210,000. in Sep 2015, and sold in 2018 $350,000. We had what we taught was a plan when we had $84,000. in the bank after selling in Seven days. Now I was always great building and fixing things I just told myself no one can do construction for the rest of there life, so I only do my reno.
