I've never really had one thing. While working full time, I was quietly building on the side — learning what it means to own something, operate something, and figure things out without a safety net. Some of it went well. Some of it was harder than expected. All of it taught me something. Over the last several years those side projects grew into a small portfolio of businesses I'm genuinely proud of. Concrete Delivered is a ready mix company serving contractors across the Omaha area that my partners and I have grown from the ground up. Precast Solutions is a retaining wall company we acquired and have been working hard to grow. Beard Bros Build Co is a house flipping company my partner and I started in 2019 — we've learned a lot along the way and have gotten better with every deal. I also own commercial real estate that keeps me grounded in the fundamentals of cash flow and long-term thinking. I've stepped into the mortgage lending world, focusing specifically on helping real estate investors access financing that actually fits how they operate. DSCR loans, alternative financing, products designed for people who build portfolios rather than just buy homes. It's work I understand personally because I've been on the borrower side of these conversations for years. I don't have it all figured out. But I show up, I build, and I trust the process.
