A little about me, I have been in the business of buying, renovating homes for the past 7yrs now and have enjoyed every moment of it! I work throughout various States buying in Kansas, Missouri, Bakersfield and especially in my own backyard of LA & Orange County. I have involved myself in every aspect of finding the agents, to figuring out what a deal is, to having found private investors to fund the deals. Then the real work began, having to renovate the property to attain what we aimed for... WOW?! I have partaken in every aspect of renovations, from finding the labor to completion, to purchasing the last light bulb. This gave me a greater perspective on the numbers of maintaining a budget and not getting reamed at the end! Learn from your mistakes, they pave the path to SUCCESS!!! Experience: As I mentioned, my experience started throughout various States buying in Kansas, Missouri, Bakersfield and especially in my own backyard of LA & Orange County. I have found Greater Opportunity throughout my own backyard and have since focused in those areas. However, I could parachute into any area and figure out the landscape of the market. I am one to arise from wherever opportunity shows itself! The edges have been smoothed out as a Project Mgr for my own investments. I have learned what it takes to run a crew, the discipline to stick to a budget, having the savviness to buying materials at the right price! The most important lessons in life can never be expressed in black and white, but must be learned in experience... Real Estate Goals: I have experienced working remotely flipping houses, getting them sold, without having to physically being there to being immersed in every last detail, up to handing the keys to the New Buyers... The goals I would like to focus on are a more consistent stream of Inventory. As the market changes, I seem to find more individuals focusing on the problem, then the solution... Currently Seeking: At the time I’m looking to pick up a few more properties and would be ready to close within a very short period! The types of properties I work with are Distressed, Non-FHA Qualified homes, where we would have an advantage in purchasing at a discount. Properties that are at Market Value don’t allow us an opportunity for that, unless you have an advantage that would help us in acquiring it...
