I'm a real estate investor in Chattanooga, TN. I own a few single family rentals here in Chattanooga and a general partner in a 40 unit apartment complex here in Chattanooga and a 21 unit complex outside of Atlanta, GA. My background: I was a full-time real estate agent and land developer from 1998-2009 in the Memphis, TN area where I was involved primarily in residential property development, land and lot sales and commercial property sales and leasing. Since 2009 I've worked as a medical device sales representative for my day job. After moving to Chattanooga in 2012, I began to have interest in buy and hold real estate investing and started buying properties in 2016.
