New to real estate, I just recently went all in and won a parcel of land at an in rem judicial tax sale (12 acres) looking to meet others that started in buying land and to learn all I can. The plan is to try and flip land until I can have acquire 200k … I feel more doors open up if you can come into real estate with a starting budget of $150-200k
