I am looking to secure financial freedom. During the 06-08 boom I worked as a Loan Officer. I am looking ot invest in a duplex or triplex for now and live rent free. My credit is not the greatest, But I would love to partner up witn someone who is going to do the leg work for now and allow me to invest money into a project.
