Damien Dear

I'm not sure really what to say besides the fact that I'm on the conquest to find other resources for building income and wealth. I've been doing my research and came across BiggerPockets on youtube and found the information to be very helpful so far so I decided to jump and swim the forum waters in search of finding a mentor or building a team or resources. I currently have a fulltime city job for the city of Santa Monica. Recently I've started a career in Photography and have dived into full fledge and even gone back to school for it.
