I am a business owner of a software consulting company working in the Boston and New York City areas and Real Estate is my second line of income. I have been a buy-and-hold investor for over 15 years with interest in growing my portfolio of properties in the Philadelphia PA area. Additionally, I have held a Massachusetts Real Estate Broker license for over 15 years, NY State Real Estate Broker for 2 years, and recently obtained a Pennsylvania Real Estate Broker license. I am looking to expand my Real Estate business passively while focusing on my technology job full time. I have controlled properties in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
