I'm a newbie investor looking for rental properties and BRRRR opportunities, and knowledge on how to get started investing in real estate. Currently trying to identify a good market to do long distance rentals and BRRRRs. Experience: I'm currently listening to the podcasts here and reading the books on rental property investing, BRRRR, and long distance real estate investing, but I have no real experience. Real Estate Goals: I want to have at least one cash flowing rental property by the end of 2021 and at least 4 by the end of 2022. Hopefully having a net cashflow of at least 1500/month by 2022. Currently Seeking: Real estate knowledge, a partner/mentor who can teach me more about real estate and can partner with me as a private money lender that also gives advice on what a good deal is or isn't. My local market (Atlanta, GA) is extremely hot so I'm looking to go out of state or somewhere OTP.
