Now living in Hermosa Beach, California. My home town is Las Vegas, Nevada. I own/manage a diverse portfolio of SFH rentals in Las Vegas, Phoenix, Memphis, Orlando, and St. Louis; passive MFH investments in Dallas and San Antonio; and partner with numerous fix & flip projects in Athens, GA. I'm looking to build out a network/team to enhance my passive cash flow portfolio. I'm currently Active Duty in the Space Force and enjoy traveling, snowboarding, and golf.
