About myself
Born and raised in CA. Lived in Sacramento since age 4. Bought my first, and only, home in August of 2008. I am currently working full time as a Business Analyst for a pension fund. I have a wife and 2 year old boy with another baby on the way. I am also a sound engineer on the side and enjoy playing the guitar. In general I love to learn new things and be challenged. I have a strong background in sales & marketing and plan to utilize that in my Real Estate Investing business.
