I am a Realtor in Portland, Maine, focused on investors and multi-family properties. I graduated with a degree in construction management in Boston, and worked there in construction and as a code enforcement officer for almost a decade. I am great at analyzing architectural plans for compliance with building codes and exploring local zoning bylaws for a variety of real estate opportunities. I purchased my first investment in 2017 - a single family in Massachusetts that I renovated, converted to a duplex and flipped within a year. I house-hacked a triplex that I converted from a duplex through zoning. I now live in a condo that I found off-market and utilized seller financing.
