I tried to add investments to my portfolio, but the form kept telling me that the address was invalid. then all my attempts were published and I dont know how to fix it... oh well, I tried. I've bought and sold several homes and a couple small multi units. I mostly do everything myself. I 1031-ed my last multi for a DST, Now I make more, and do nothing. :D I'll be selling a home in Kennebunk Maine soon, buying a place in Savannah, and keeping a home in Portland Maine. Hopefully no more gut jobs... but I tend to buy them anyway when I get bored. I'm not motivated by growing wealth. I'm motivated by fun creative things, which is sometimes buildings.
