We moved to Tampa in July 2019 from D.C. and began our adventure into REI. I’m a career LEO and my wife is an artist, stylist and all around bad-ass. We’re very excited to change our life path and are soaking up every ounce of info until we hit Tampa. We will be using our considerable savings/equity to BRRRR SFR and MFR while doing some of the work. We, unknowingly, flipped our home here is DC by fixing/renovating every area not realizing we’d end up selling once complete. We’re fixing up our current residence and purchased our first investment/rental property in June of 2020. We look forward to meeting, interacting and learning from you all on this journey. Dan
