Besides of my own home in SF Bay Area, I have a townhouse in La Jolla, CA; 1 rental outside of Memphis, and 1 in Cornelius, NC (north of Charlotte). I consider myself an REI newbie. I'm trying to learn more about this business because I think it's very challenging and rewarding.
