Ideas are often unorthodox, execution can always be improved. I have a lot to learn, that's what I am here for. I'm doing multiple things with real estate in Minnesota. I work with my brother. Between us, we have a STEM education, corporate / management background and over 30 years of real estate experience. We serve our community and provide for our families by operating 15 to 25 units of single and small multi family rentals in D to B+ neighborhoods. We operate traditional / section 8 rentals in C & D neighborhoods. We operate short term rentals (STR’s) in C to B+ neighborhoods. We operate in-house construction company working on internal projects. We are licensed real estate brokers and general contractors. In 2019 we have collected about $700,000K in rents, sold about $1.4 mil in time delayed flips, invested and spent on construction about 900k. Our direction in 2019 has been to expand our STR portfolio by buying value-add properties, forcing equity through construction and creating additional revenue by operating STR’s. Equity portion of our business is financed by personal funds, family members and investors. The Debt portion of our business is financed through a mixture of personal 30 years loans, and commercial paper with 5 or 10 year maturity. We are about 60% leveraged.
