About myself
Have owned, managed and renovated apartments and houses since the early 80's. Currently focused on central North Carolina. Added a 15 unit apt project about 3 yrs ago, just finishing a total rehab and doubled rents. Have @ 20 houses rented or in rehab. Do some flipping and mostly renovate, rent and hold. Seeking private lenders to add 15-20 more projects over the next couple of years.
