60yr. old retired Technology Sales Executive. Live on the Oregon Coast. Purchased my first house hack at 23. First rental at 26. Have been married to my wife for 32 years. 2 grown college educated children with good jobs. Currently own 28 single family rental homes and 1 four plex in North Dakota and 11 single family homes on the North Oregon Coast. All Oregon properties have been purchased in the last 7 years and all North Dakota properties have been purchased in the past 3 years. Average ROI's are 20.6%. Retired 10 years ago from my corporate Technology Sales Career and have purchased 54 single family rentals since retiring. All were vacant and a few needed a little work. I have begun to sell some homes the past year on the Oregon Coast and been buying in North Dakota. 3 properties are in a solo 401(k) . Real Estate Goals: Purchase 5 additional properties in North Dakota in 2025. I want to continue to grow our real estate rental business until I am not enjoying it any longer.
