Daniel Carroll

Hey Everyone, I am a former professional baseball player turned real world employee. I am a full time sales professional now for 4 years and have a growing family. I currently flip houses out of state in Birmingham and Chattanooga. I use the capital to keep flipping and invest in long term 1-4 unit holds. Please feel free to contact me for anything, I would love to talk. Experience: I am currently doing a live in flip and will exit at the end of this year (2 years). Numbers on the flip should net around 70K. I do not have very much real estate experience but I do have sales and deal making experience. After leaving baseball, my sales job involves generating and closing large commercial insurance deals for automotive companies worth in the hundreds of thousands. Im good at making relationships, setting things in motion, and closing deals.
