In 2008, with no knowledge of real estate investing, I nearly bought a 4 unit rental property at the height of the RE bubble. The market crash soon after scared me away from pursing that path. But a spark of interest still lingered, so in 2016 I took the plunge. Since then, in my part time I have flipped 4 houses, and currently hold 2 properties for cashflow. I'm slowly building my systems and looking for the next deal.
