I'm a 49 year old investor/outdoor enthusiast. I have a wonderful wife and partner Tina. 3 great kids, 2 of which are raised and a 14 yr old at home. I have been selling and investing in Real Estate for over 25 years. I sold many of our rental homes, multi units, land in the path of growth etc into the "Cali craze" and with that and buying, fixing and flipping numerous homes at a big profit. My wife and I were able to build our "dream home" in the boonies up by Lake Tahoe, Ca. I love all things investing and am a sponge to learn. I also LOVE to teach and am a coach for foreclosures.com, where I learned most of what I know about how to flip homes profitably.
