Flipper, Landlord, Hard Money Lender, General Contractor. I started investing in 2013 and have grown each year. At the end of 2018, I quit working full time and concentrated on real estate investing. I have in house construction, and property management teams to manage projects and properties. My main areas of expertise are flipping, buy and holds and hard money lending to trusted investors in the Greater Pittsburgh area. Experience: I bought my first property in May of last 2013. I flipped that in 92 days. I have now flipped 7 properties and own 9 rental units. I market for deals and manage my own properties. I now loan money to private investors in the Pittsburgh area. Real Estate Goals: I am seeking to flip 3-4 houses per year to generate capital that funds hold properties. I now have private lenders that have helped me scale. I am now looking to ramp up my buy and hold strategy. Currently Seeking: Wholesale flip deals in Pittsburgh or West, North, and South Hills. I am also looking for apartment building deals with at least a 10 cap rate.
