Hi, I am super new to this whole real estate investing thing. I saw an article on Cash Flow Diaries and wound up here. I've always been interested in building my retirement but never really did anything about it. Now, at age 44, I realize I'm not getting any younger. My interest is to possibly start flipping and eventually get into the buy and hold arena. My goal is to have financial freedom when my wife and I are ready to retire (and the kids have moved out of the house). =)
