I'm a senior level lobbyist for the Connecticut Conference of Municipalities. I focus primarily on issues pertaining to labor and education. I also engage on issues regarding real estate, insurance and human services. I previously worked for one of the largest contract lobbying firms in Connecticut. While at the firm I represented the Connecticut Coalition of Property Owners, the largest property owner/landlord group in the State. I'm using direct mail marketing to identify and secure value add properties that fit the BRRRR model.
