Dan Hennessy

I have owned and operated commercial medical and multi-family real estate for 11 years in addition to participating as a Limited Partner on multiple Commercial Real Estate Syndications. I invest in REITS and RE funds after conducting thorough fundamental analysis and due diligence. Through these investments, I have beaten the S&P index over my investing career. I am currently underwriting 1-2 Medical Office Buildings (MOB) deals per week as I seek to complement my portfolio and merge my passion for healthcare with my passion for real estate. I am a biopharmaceutical industry veteran with over 24 years track record of significant contributions to research, development, and commercialization of hematology/oncology, multiple sclerosis, and other specialty drug therapies. I speak routinely at Pharmaceutical Industry conferences on pharmaceutical executive thought leader panels. My passion is rationalizing specialty drug portfolios based upon stringent scientific, clinical, regulatory and financial criteria to maximize probability of drug approval, market access and commercial success. I've utilized these skill sets as a member of the Due Diligence Committee and the Scientific Advisory Board for FC Capital, a Biomedical Private Equity Fund with more than $200 million in funds under management. Additionally, a member of the Mass Medical Angels, I serve on Due Diligence Committee for select assets and have served as Scientific Advisor for digital healthcare start-ups. I earned my PhD in Pharmacokinetics from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Allied Health Sciences (MCP), a Master of Science (MS) in Drug Regulatory Affairs and Health Policy also from MCP, an MBA in Healthcare Marketing from the University of Massachusetts, and a BA in History from Colgate University.
