Hello my name is Danial, I'm interested in understanding what I can do in the real estate market. I currently own a condominium and realize that I might have made the first error in my real estate investing adventures. What I want to do is own my own high-rise of properties across multiple nations it was until recently that I was able to secure a corporate job and begin building my future. I want to learn from the brightest mind I want to hear your recommendations on books, and ultimately I'm hungry to learn so that I can build an amazing future for myself and my family. Experience: I have a condo, which I've been trying to get rented out as of June of 2016. As of January 2017 it has been rented successfully with a 1 year lease in place. Now the goal is to buy at least 1 - 2 more properties this year and compound my earnings to build something a lot bigger. Real Estate Goals: I want real estate to build a future for my family, and to build other businesses. I view real estate as the base business from which I could get my other ventures started from.
