Mid 20s Wall Street professional; husband+wife team looking to diversify income away from our day jobs. We are interested in building a portfolio of SF & MF RE while maximizing the leverage & tax advantages that RE provides. Recently closed on our first investment: SF in Philadelphia. Currently we are making some improvements to our first Philly purchase with the goal of leasing it afterwards this summer. We continue to save aggressively & the goal is to hopefully complete another acquisition later this year.
