Hello all! I am an outdoor enthusiast and I am just now dipping into the real estate investment world after facing the possibility of having to retire due to injury as a Paramedic/Firefighter. I don't have any experience in real estate other than owning a couple of houses(one I reside in, the other I'm in my first year of renting out). I'm interested mostly in rental property investments to eventually turn into a passive (ish) income. I've been reading "The Book on Rental Property Investing" by Brandon Turner and his book recommended this sight. I have to say that I am somewhat skeptical about what I am getting myself into yet optimistic and excited at the same time. Hoping to connect with other investors to learn the ropes and eventually help other newbies such as myself. Hobbies include Archery, Bowhunting, good beers, time with the wife, time with our critters, and exploring new things and places.
