Daniela Muhammad is a Phoenix, AZ based real estate developer, builder, and she has also has built her reputation syndicating off market properties locally, as well as regionally. Currently, Daniela is working on several multi-unit development projects, along with a new build SFR, and plans to launch a series of transitional living facilities (All SFR's) for homeless veterans. Currently, Daniela serves as Co-Founder of First Choice REI; an Arizona based real estate investment company, that specializes in hunting down the best off market property deals, along with being Arizona's Premier Foreclosure Specialists. Her clients have utilized her deeply discounted properties to fix-n-flip, or hold for long term cash flow.
