So I’ve decided to come back to bigger pockets for a few reasons. The main reason is to get back into real estate and learn about wholesaling houses. My wife is a real estate agent which is great because not only do I get to learn that process but it gives us the unlimited amount of resources we need to find rentals, rehabs, and other properties that may interest us. One of our advantages is that we are a military family so we get to explore many markets due to duty stations.
