A guy getting ready to dip his feet back into REI after a failed attempted in 2011. Currently in research mode. Liking the idea of Syndication with apartments and mobile home parks. Next stop: to become accredited, and I'm getting very close. I will upgrade to BP PRO when real estate investments pay the fees in full.
