I'm currently in my third year in the real estate industry as an agent. I did 7 deals last year and know the ins and outs of a typical transaction. The main reason I got into the business was to at some point, become a full-time real estate investor. I am looking forward to buying my first few rental properties in 2016. I live in Carlsbad with my wife and two kids.
