I am a U.S. Marine and real estate agent in California looking to invest in 2-4 Multifamily properties in California, Texas or Arizona. Properties that need some work are welcomed as I would be using the BRRRR method. Experience: I am a Realtor and have assisted on a couple investment deals and Apartment listings, I come from a sales background. Real Estate Goals: I would like to build a bullet proof portfolio of multifamily properties. In the next 5 years I want to own $10 million in real estate assets!
