Aspiring real estate investor in the beginning stages of learning the fundamentals before taking the plunge into purchasing my first property. My goal, like many, is to establish that oh so sweet financial freedom. That freedom that allows you to accumulate wealth in your sleep. That freedom that says "I feel like flying to Spain today" and knowing you have sound investments in place that can make leaving the country a practical idea. I think the buy, rent out, and hold method makes the most sense to me and my plan is to become a master at that through single family and multifamily homes. I'm very excited to begin this journey and be a part of a group of like minded individuals here on bigger pockets.
