In early 2016, a friend told me about BiggerPockets and I was immediately hooked. I binged all the podcasts while stocking shelves at my retail job. I've been plotting my way into the REI world ever since. Since I don't have a high paying job, I was particularly interested in John Fedro's appearance on BP Podcast #75. I thought the low cost of entry would be advantageous to get my feet wet. On November 15, 2017 I purchased my first flip property by utilizing private investor funds. I'm currently looking at expanding my flipping of mobile homes to build funds to invest in buy and hold rentals around the country.
