Daniel Fraenkel

My name is Daniel Fraenkel and I LOVE living in Cleveland Ohio ever since I moved here with my wife and baby daugther from Germany in 2018 in order to live our American Dream. And that dream has a lot to do with Real Estate and the quality of life that Cleveland offers with its friendly people, natural beauty, great food, amazing sports, culture and education opportunities. We started investing in CLE rental properties in 2017 while still living in Germany, but then quickly decided to launch our full time careers in Real Estate, as investors and now as full time Real Estate Agents with Progressive Urban Real Estate. We enjoy using the knowledge and experience that we have accumulated, in order to consult and advise others who are looking to buy, sell, rent or invest in Cleveland Real Estate.
